How we do it…

1 — You reach out to us

You can reach out to us through our contact form on this website or by sending us an email.

3 — We offer a free 50-minute alignment session

During this, you can experience our space and learn more about how we work with you, including the practical details and policies. This session also gives us the opportunity to see if the dynamic feels like a good fit for both you and us.

2 — We’ll get in touch to learn more about the support you’re looking for

This may take the form of an email or a brief phone call—whichever you prefer.

4 — We begin the first of our regular 50 minute sessions

We typically begin with a block of 12-sessions, held at the same time each week.

5 — We reflect on how the sessions have been for you

Your feelings and feedback are important to us as we assess whether you have received what you need at this stage or if there are additional areas we could explore together.

6 — We collaboratively decide whether to conclude or continue our work together

If we decide to move forward, we will schedule regular reviews to ensure we stay aligned with your needs and goals.

7 — We conclude

At this stage you will be invited to offer feedback, as your insights are valuable to us. We will also clarify the options for you to return in the future, should you wish to continue our work together at a later time.

Online Working

While our preference is to work in person, we are happy to work online with anyone who feels that is a better option for them. It may be helpful to think through the options of online and in-person with us if you are unsure about what would be best for you.
